Quick and Lean Turkey Chili

In about 20 minutes you can have a complete meal that will keep you lean and light on your feet.

In a large deep pot, combine over medium heat:
o 12 oz ground turkey
o 1 yellow onion,chopped
o 2 cloves fresh garlic, chopped finely
o 2 stalks of celery, chopped
o 1 carrot, chopped
o 4 Tablespoons cumin
o 1 Tablespoon Goya Adobo seasoning

Stirring occasionally, cook until onions are soft and the meat is browned (or leave it out for a vegetarian version), then turn heat to low and add:
o 16 oz or 1 can of chicken (or vegetable) broth

It’s ready as soon as it’s heated, freezes well for later, melding the flavors. Adjust any of these ingredients to make it just the way you like it.
